Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.   ~Unknown

Welcome! Seeking professional support for what is not working in your life takes a desire for change. I am invested in supporting and helping to facilitate the change you want to create.

I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and adolescents. I am warm, empathetic, and compassionate, while also direct, honest and genuine. Reasons clients come to see me include:

  • To obtain a better understanding of themselves.
  • To improve their self-esteem and relate more kindly and authentically with themselves.
  • To improve communication and listening skills.
  • To increase insight and skill in navigating their relationships to others.
  • To find new ways to address problems in their family or marriage.
  • To learn alternative ways to cope with stress and anxiety.
  • To better manage challenging feelings such as grief, depression and anger.
  • To heal from emotional pain and trauma from the past.
  • To change old behavior patterns that no longer serve them and develop new ones that work better.
